A 2.5 Day Immersive Retreat for Women Ready to Come Home to Themselves
At some point, quietly… You stopped checking in with yourself.
You became what was needed. What was expected. What was admired. What was efficient. What was responsible.
And somewhere in the living of your life… you lost your way.
Not dramatically.
Subtly.
Self-abandonment is rarely loud. It's gradual. Insidious. Almost invisible.
Until one day you find yourself asking:
How did I get here?
Who exactly am I?
Why does everything look fine…but feel off?
If you feel disconnected from your inner wisdom…
If you're successful but strangely empty…
If you're navigating a life transition, burnout, grief, perimenopause, or simply a quiet longing for something more…
This retreat is for you.
She is thoughtful. Sensitive. Strong.
She may be a professional. A mother. A leader. A creator. A caretaker.
She has held everyone else. She has shown up. She has performed.
But she feels tired of living from the outside in.
She wants to return to living from the inside out.
She is spiritually open. Curious. Reflective. Deeply aware that there is something sacred within her.
She is ready to come home.
By Sunday, you will not leave “fixed.”
You will leave:
Not just inspired but...
Equipped, witnessed, and held.
During our time together, we will move through a guided exploration of the four dimensions of Self.
Through a deep, embodied inquiry grounded in the biopsychosocial-spiritual model of health*, we will explore and uncover where and how we become disconnected, and where we lose ourselves along the way.

Your body. Your cycles. Your phases of womanhood. Your energy. Your sexuality. Your sleep. Your health.
Where have you overridden your body's wisdom?
What would it mean to listen again?
Your thoughts. Your emotions. Your beliefs. Your attitudes. The patterns you've inherited. The boundaries you hold…or don't.
How does your mind eclipse your heart?
What could you allow yourself to feel?
Your relationships. Your roles. Cultural and societal expectations and conditioning.
What parts of yourself did you abandon to belong?
What parts of yourself long to be known?
Meaning, purpose, connection, wonder.
The divine.
What calls you home?
This is embodied work.
Through guided inquiry, reflection, shared dialogue, and experiential practices, you will not only understand where you have turned your back on yourself…
You will feel the difference between being disconnected…
and being home.
On Sunday, we integrate. We make it real. We make it yours.
This is where a quiet knowing begins to take shape.
Where you begin to recognize when you are no longer at home with yourself. Where you understand what guides you back.
Where your connection to your body and inner voice feels steadier. Where your inner wisdom is no longer something abstract, but something accessible.
Where you can say, quietly and honestly, I am on my path.
You leave with a deeper trust in yourself. A heightened awareness of self-abandonment — and the capacity to choose differently. A grounded understanding of what “doing your own work” means in this season of your life.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are — and having the courage to live from there.
We will gather in a private Victorian manor in Waterloo, Quebec, nestled in the beauty of the Eastern Townships.
Modern comfort within historic elegance.
All meals and accommodations are included.
You will be held — not just emotionally, but physically and environmentally.

And if you're unsure...that's welcome too.
We invite you to book a call with us.
Not to convince you. Not to persuade you.
